L'interrogation : l’intonation de la voix. Interrogation: the intonation of the voice

To ask a question, you can simply use the intonation of the voice: you use the same construction as an affirmative sentence, but you raise your voice at the end of the sentence.

Phrase affirmative : Vous êtes monsieur Legrand. Affirmative sentence: You are Mr. Legrand. (voice going down)

Phrase interrogative : Vous êtes monsieur Legrand ? Interrogative sentence: You are Mr. Legrand? (voice going up)
