Regular Verbs in the Present Tense
Introduction
Je travaille à Paris, j'habite à Versailles. Je parle français et anglais.
Vous travaillez à Paris, vous habitez à Versailles. Vous parlez français et anglais.
Construction
In the infinitive form, many verbs end in ‘er’: aimer, travailler, habiter, voyager, ….
These are ‘regular’ verbs and are all conjugated in the same way - by dropping the ‘er’ ending and adding the following endings: e, es, e, ons, ez, ent.

Pronunciation:
Do not pronounce the consonants if they end a word. e.g.
Tu aimes, tu habites, tu travailles : (silent e, no ’s')
Vous aimez, vous habitez, vous travaillez : (pronounce the ‘e’ but not ‘z’ )
Ils aiment, ils habitent, ils travaillent, ils parlent : (silent ‘ent’)
Nasal sounds: ‘o’ in combination with an ’n’ is pronounced with a nasal sound. e.g. Nous aimons, nous habitons, nous parlons (silent ’ns’ but ‘o’ is nasal)
Remarque
Verb “aller” is an exception. It's an irregular verb.
